1. Height: Measure yourself barefoot, ideally standing against a doorpost, from the top of your head to toes.
2. Chest measurement: Measure your chest across the widest area of your chest.
3. Waist measurement: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
4. Hip measurement: Measure around the widest point of your hips.
5. Inseam measurement : Measure from the crotch to the bottom of your leg, inseam measurement is based on a regular inseam.
6. Arm length: Place the flexible tape measure at the top of your shoulder and run it past your elbow down to the base of your thumb.
